LT503 - An Introduction to the Preaching Ministry

Course Overview

• This paper allows participants to learn a biblical understanding of the ministry of preaching. They will write and deliver sermons in liturgical and pastoral contexts. Participants will learn the crucial steps in constructing a biblical sermon. This paper is also designed to give a general introduction to the theology of preaching and theo the art and craft of sermon design and delivery. The nature of preaching the person of the preacher, and the principles of sermon construction will be discussed further during the course.
