Students at St. John the Baptist
Wayne Tu'inukuafe
I am blessed to have the opportunity to be here at St. John the Baptist Theological College, where I will embrace the rich tradition of the Anglican faith. My goal is to learn more about the history, traditions, and liturgy that influence our spiritual practice. With a desire to serve in my church community, I want to improve my pastoral care skills drawing inspiration from my father's work as a priest. This institution serves as a beacon of knowledge and guidance, preparing me to carry out the ministry and mission of the Anglican Church of the Diocese of Polynesia with deeper understanding and dedication.

The reason why chose St John’s College is because I had a feeling that it was my calling to serve the people and save as many souls as I can by proclaiming to them the good news and baptizing them. Sevanaia Navuda
I always was, have and will be interested in Liturgy. The way the service is structured in our liturgical prayer books was fascinating as well as the intricate parts of worship that we participate in. I felt like, that I have to further my knowledge of the liturgy, then there is no institute of learning better then Saint John the Baptist theological college. I applied to Saint John the Baptist theological college because I know, this is the place where I will be taught and instructed on the ways of our worship and the deeper meaning of leading worship. I feel that with the guidance of the lecturers, my knowledge of the Liturgy and the bible and my spirituality will be deepened.

One of the best reasons to join St. John's the Baptist Theological College is its strong commitment to academic excellence combined with a deep focus on spiritual formation. The college offers a rigorous curriculum designed to equip students with a thorough understanding of theology, scripture, and pastoral care, while also fostering personal and spiritual growth. This holistic approach ensures that graduates are well-prepared to serve effectively in various ministry contexts. I also come from a village of Solomon People and which the church has done alot in our Family and lives. So this is one of the gratitudes that we can offer back to the Church..
