Judith Bright Visit: March 2024

In March 2024, the College had the pleasure of hosting Mrs. Judith Bright from St. John Kinder Library in Auckland, New Zealand, who is the provincial librarian. Mrs. Bright conducted a valuable orientation session at the College, focusing on library etiquette and providing refresher training on utilizing the John Kinder Library online platform. Her visit was particularly beneficial, to our diocesan Theological College here in Suva, and the exchange of knowledge and resources between the two institutions is highly valuable. Mrs. Bright also generously brought new books and materials to enhance the resources of the Judith Bright Library. Additionally, she efficiently addressed pending tasks at the Church’s Archive during this visit, with the support of the College’s volunteer staff member, Mrs. Tu’inukuafe. This collaborative effort further strengthened the partnership between the two educational institutions.
