As we approach the upcoming commemoration of St. John the Baptist Day on June 24th, the College staff and students dispersed on Sunday, the 23rd, closest Sunday to St. John's Day, to preach in the Suva Archdeaconry parishes. The theme "Being set apart for God's mission" serves as a guiding light for the reflections and preaching, centered on the mission and vision of the College. Aiming to share the experiences and journey that lead these stewards to the College, drawing meaningful parallels to the inspiring life of St. John the Baptist.

St. John, known for his unwavering dedication to his divine mission, provides a compelling example for all of us. His commitment to preparing the way for the Lord and fearlessly standing for truth and righteousness inspires us as we reflect on our own calling to be set apart for God's mission. Much like St. John the Baptist, we are driven by a deep sense of purpose to serve our communities with compassion, faith, and strength.

The College looks forward to the opportunity to share these reflections and teachings with the Suva Archdeaconry parishes, intertwining the timeless lessons from St. John's life with the values and principles at the heart of the College. As we commemorate this special day, we are reminded of the profound influence of St. John the Baptist, and we are inspired to emulate his dedication and zeal in our own endeavors.
